Is your website secure?
Yes, using Paypal to complete your transaction is the safest way.
I highly recommend it.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately I don't ship internationally yet.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal, if you don't have an account with them,
you can still pay as a guest account.
How are shipping charges calculated?
I ship all packages via USPS, I try to fit everything into small low priced boxes.
to keep shipping cost to a minimum.
Products
Are all your reeds always in stock?
I make all reeds when I receive the order, so you can always place an order.
But if I ever run out of materials, and I think that your order might be delayed, I will contact you ASAP.
Are your reeds sanitized?
I sanitize all reeds before they leave my desk. If you buy reeds from anyone else, I highly recommend dipping it in listerine or hydrogen peroxide before you start playing it.
Why the gold/ silver thread?
It is common to put fish-skin or clear nail polish on reeds to ensure an airtight seal. I apply nail polish to every reed. I just chose gold and silver for an extra touch of fun.
How is the product packaged?
All reeds are shipped in little clear reed tubes and cane is wrapped and safety packaged.
